Předmětem zakázky jsou stavební úpravy vodního díla Harcov, které se nachází v katastrálním území Liberec, na vodním toku Harcovský potok, poblíž Kristiánova. Cílem zakázky je rekonstrukce celého vodního díla Harcov, která umožní bezpečné převedení extrémní povodně PV10000 přes korunu hráze, bez ohrožení bezpečnosti a stability vodního díla Harcov a zároveň zvýšení mezní bezpečné hladiny (MBH) a tedy i navýšení objemu neovladatelného retenčního prostoru. V rámci realizace zakázky budou provedeny nezbytné stavební úpravy jednotlivých objektů vodního díla Harcov (na koruně hráze, návodním líci, vzdušném líci, koruně hráze a úprav ve zdrži a pod zdrží zařízení TBD, technologie, monitoringu).
