Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou stavební práce spočívající ve stavebních úpravách západní části 1.NP budovy D v Oblastní nemocnici Trutnov a.s. Stavba (změna stavby) spočívá v dílčích stavebních úpravách v místě západní části v 1.NP budovy D. Budou prováděny dílčí stavební úpravy v místě západní části v 1.NP, kde se v současné době nachází oddělení rehabilitace s vodoléčbou. Pro potřeby přemístění onkologického oddělení bude nutno za pomocí stavebních úprav provést dispoziční změny v zájmovém půdorysu objektu. Větší stavební úpravy budou probíhat v prostoru vodoléčby, kde vznikne místnost ozařovny s ovladovnou a místnost stacionáře.
