Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zhotovení stavby „Stavba č. 0000132 TV Točná, etapa 0002 IS Točná, část kanalizace, 2. etapa (severní část)“, na základě projektové dokumentace ve stupni dokumentace pro výběr zhotovitele (DVZ) zpracované společností D-PLUS PROJEKTOVÁ A INŽENÝRSKÁ a.s. Stavba spočívá ve výstavbě splaškové kanalizace v severní části MČ Praha 12 - Točná (ulice Hrazanská, Branišovská, U Čihadel, Pod Březinou, Pod Čihadlem, Hospodářská, Na Stráňkách, Na Šancích, Polovnická, Mezi Chatami, K Závorám, Brtecká, K Hradišti, Nickerleho, Hrachovská a dále nerealizované úseky v jižní části Točné v ulicích Votrubova, Ke Spálence, U Olšiček a Keltská) s odkanalizováním do čerpací stanice na nám. Antonína Pacáka a napojení výtlakem do Cholupic včetně obnovy povrchů komunikací a chodníků. Podrobná specifikace předmětu plnění, včetně obchodních, fakturačních a dalších podmínek je stanovena v Příloze č. 2 této zadávací dokumentace s názvem Návrh smlouvy - závazné obchodní podmínky.
