Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je rekonstrukce vytápění a změna topného systému v hlavní budově TF, vč. modernizace zařízení měření a regulace (dále jen „MaR“) pro stávající kotelnu a rozdělovače a nového zásobníku pro ohřev teplé vody, rekonstrukce kanalizačních stoupaček v prostorách toalet, výměna stávajících zařizovacích předmětů a potrubních rozvodů vodovodu a kanalizace v hlavní budově TF a rekonstrukce dešťové kanalizace v hlavní budově TF.
