Předmětem plnění je kompletní dodávka, montáž a uvedení do provozu stavby v rozsahu dle projektové dokumentace od firmy EG.D a.s., Lidická 1873/36, Černá Pole, 602 00 Brno, č.z. 1020002421 z 03/2022. Jedná se zejména o úpravy technologie 22 kV, 110 kV, výměna transformátorů, nové kabelové trasy, rekonstrukce budovy společných provozů, rozšíření příjezdové komunikace, výměna oplocení. Součástí nabídky je kompletní inženýrská činnost související s realizací stavby, odvoz demontovaného materiálu na skládku a zajištění jeho likvidace dle zákonů č. 185/2001 Sb. a 541/2020 Sb. (včetně úhrady poplatků za tuto likvidaci). Výnos za demontovaný materiál výnosový (OK, lana, armatury, prodej zařízení primární techniky atd.) bude po ukončení stavby fakturovat EG.D zhotoviteli dle skutečnosti. Odhadovaný objem tohoto materiálu je uveden v PD.
