Předmětem veřejné zakázky je výběr účastníka zadávacího řízení k uzavření smlouvy o dílo na zhotovitele stavby Obnova majetku města po povodni - ulice Opavská, l a ll etapa, Krnov v rozsahu dle projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby včetně soupisu stavebních prací, dodávek a služeb s výkazem výměr zhotovenou osobou citovanou v čl. 1 odst. 3 této zadávací dokumentace (Projektová dokumentace a neoceněný výkaz výměr tvoří Přílohu č. 2 této zadávací dokumentace).
