Stavební práce, dodávky a služby spočívající v adaptaci sladovní části pivovaru na multifunkční centrum a obnově a stavebních úpravách pivovaru - národní kulturní památky, přičemž dílo je členěno na dvě základní funkční jednotky, a to SO 01 MULTIKULTURNÍ CENTRUM a SO 02 PIVOVAR, to vše včetně veškerých souvisejících prací, dodávek a služeb co do charakteru, počtu, rozsahu i kvality přesně specifikovaných v projektové dokumentaci.
