Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je provedení třetí etapy (ETAPA B2 a C) dostavby a rozšíření Základní školy a Mateřské školy Dr. Edvarda Beneše, v Praze-Čakovicích. Jedná se o stavbu trvalou pro školství. Jedná se o nejrozsáhlejší etapu záměru. Etapa B2 zahrnuje stavební úpravy v přízemí objektu jídelny, a hlavně nové třípodlažní křídlo učeben (přístavba) s podzemním parkingem (31stání), novým příjezdem, spojovacím krčkem, cvičebnami a střešní terasou s venkovní učebnou. Tento objekt je uvažován jako monolitický železobetonový kombinovaný systém. Výstavba této etapy bude vyžadovat demolici stávajících objektů technických služeb a spojovacího krčku s gymnáziem (demolice je předmětem jiné veřejné zakázky). Etapa obsahuje 9 kmenových učeben, 3+4 odborné učebny, 2 cvičebny, kabinety pedagogů, školní bufet, patřičná hygienická zázemí, technická zázemí, sklady a parkovací stání v 1PP. Dvě učebny (A303, A304) v 3.NP bude možné propojit v jeden velký celek. Další učebny (A107, A108, A203, A204) na východní straně bude možno rozdělit akustickým předělem na dvě menší. Hlavním objektem etapy C je nová přístavba tělocvičny standardních rozměrů (17,15x30,16m). Pod tělocvičnou je uvažováno s podzemním parkingem (23stání). Objekt je uvažován jako monolitický železobetonový. Etapa obsahuje tělocvičnu, rozšíření šaten se zázemím, kabinet, archiv městského úřadu a 23 parkovacích míst.
