Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je provedení stavebních prací spočívajících v realizaci stavby „Areál kolečkových sportů - Ladronka západ“. Plnění zahrnuje zejména: • realizaci sportovních ploch a staveb areálu kolečkových sportů dle projektové dokumentace, • vybudování in-line oválu 400 m, in-line oválu 200 m a výukové plochy, • výstavbu objektu zázemí, • realizaci komunikací a zpevněných ploch, parkoviště a přístupové (příjezdové) cesty, • provedení souvisejících inženýrských objektů a technické infrastruktury, • provedení všech zemních, stavebních, montážních a kompletačních prací nezbytných pro řádné dokončení stavby, • demoliční práce, dočasné skladování a odvoz hmot, • realizaci sadových a parkových úprav, kácení • zajištění zařízení staveniště, ochrany staveniště, bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci a plnění podmínek vyplývajících z rozhodnutí, stanovisek dotčených orgánů, správců sítí a dalších dotčených subjektů, • provedení všech zkoušek, revizí, měření a dalších úkonů potřebných pro řádné dokončení, ověření funkčnosti a předání díla, • zpracování dokumentace skutečného provedení stavby v požadovaném rozsahu a formě, • zajištění všech dalších činností, dodávek a prací nezbytných k řádnému a úplnému provedení a předání díla. Veřejná zakázka bude realizována v rozsahu a za podmínek stanovených projektovou dokumentací (Příloha č. 6 ZD) a soupisem stavebních prací, dodávek a služeb, vč. výkazu výměr (Příloha č. 3 ZD).
