Description

Předmětem plnění je závazek zadavatelů na své náklady dodat odpad katalogových čísel a o hmotností dle Smlouvy o dodávkách, převzetí a energetickém využití odpadů (Příloha č. 1 k zadávací dokumentaci) a uhradit cenu dle této smlouvy a na straně druhé závazek dodavatele na své náklady tento odpad převzít za účelem jeho energetického využití v souladu s platnými právními předpisy ČR. Doprava odpadů do zařízení dodavatele je zajišťována přímo jednotlivými zadavateli a není tak součástí této zakázky.
