Description

Předmětem plnění veřejných zakázek zadávaných v DNS budou obecně dostupné služby související s prováděním pěstebních činností (zejména příprava půdy, zalesňování, ochrana kultur a lesa, prořezávky) v lesních porostech ve vlastnictví státu obhospodařovaných zadavatelem, kterým jsou Vojenské lesy a statky ČR, s.p. Jednotlivé pěstební činnosti jsou jednoznačně popsány v Příloze č. 1 k zadávací dokumentaci. Při zavádění DNS a zadávání veřejných zakázek v DNS používá Zadavatel i dodavatel výlučně elektronické prostředky. Komunikace mezi Zadavatelem a dodavateli probíhá v prostředí elektronického nástroje EVEZA (dále „EN“). Pro podání žádosti o účast do EN je nutná předchozí registrace dodavatele do tohoto EN v rozsahu pro podávání nabídek/žádostí o účast (tj. s ověřením autenticity dodavatele provozovatelem EN), pokud tuto registraci již dodavatel neprovedl dříve. Předmětem plnění veřejných zakázek zadávaných v DNS budou obecně dostupné služby související s prováděním pěstebních činností v lesních porostech ve vlastnictví státu obhospodařovaných zadavatelem, kterým jsou Vojenské lesy a statky ČR, s.p.
