Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodání, implementace, uvedení do řádného provozu a následná podpora nového atestovaného elektronického systému spisové služby (dále také jen „eSSL“) provozovaného formou on-premise instalace v prostředí zadavatele. Součástí dodávky bude zároveň modul pro správu dokumentů DMS. Součástí předmětu plnění je zejména dodání potřebných licencí, konfigurace systému, migrace dat ze stávajícího systému, realizace integračních vazeb, provedení vstupní analýzy, testování, školení uživatelů a zajištění technické a legislativní podpory po dobu 5 let. ESSL nahradí stávající systém provozovaný u zadavatele a musí splňovat veškeré legislativní a technické požadavky stanovené zadávací dokumentací a jejími přílohami. Bližší specifikace předmětu plnění je uvedena v Technické specifikaci, která tvoří Přílohu č. 3 ZD a ve Smlouvě o dílo a o poskytování technické podpory, která tvoří Přílohu č. 2 ZD.
