Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je vývoj, implementace a zajištění provozu AI Asistenta (chatbota) využívajícího technologii umělé inteligence a implementovaného na portál živnostenského podnikání (dále jen „IS RŽP“). AI Asistent bude sloužit k automatickému zodpovídání dotazů veřejnosti i interních uživatelů na základě učení z veřejně dostupných textových podkladů. Součástí plnění bude návrh technického řešení a jeho implementace v souladu s osvědčenými postupy (best practices) v oblasti vývoje a provozu systémů využívajících umělou inteligenci, s důrazem na bezpečnost, transparentnost a udržitelnost. Součástí plnění veřejné zakázky dále bude zajištění potřebného zázemí pro správu a provoz služby, vypracování dokumentace a uživatelských manuálů, poskytnutí školení administrátorů a zajištění provozu, technické podpory a optimalizace po dobu tří let od akceptovaného nasazení AI Asistenta do produkčního prostředí. Dodavatel bude v rámci technické podpory zajišťovat běžné aktualizace, opravy a drobná vylepšení nezbytná pro zachování funkčnosti a bezpečnosti AI Asistenta.
