Description

Účelem tohoto zadávacího řízení je v souladu s § 130 a násl. ZZVZ uzavření rámcové dohody s jedním dodavatelem, jejímž předmětem bude sjednání rámcové dohody, která stanoví smluvní podmínky pro plnění dílčích zakázek na průběžné poskytování služeb IT Delivery Managera. Tyto služby zahrnují služby věcného garanta projektu „Rozvoj celostátního Informačního systému ochrany přírody (ISOP)“ (dále jen Projekt) ve spolupráci s interním projektovým týmem Objednatele v průběhu trvání této rámcové dohody v tomto rozsahu: (1) řízení změn v ISOP dle zadání jednotlivých garantů v souvislosti s plněním cílů Projektu, (2) koordinace realizace mezi garanty odborných agend, interními týmy Objednatele a stávajícími i budoucími dodavateli IT, (3) koordinace IT požadavků dalších útvarů Objednatele vůči ISOP, (4) rozpad projektu na jednotlivé zakázky a příprava odborné technické specifikace pro výběrová řízení na dodávky částí ISOP souvisejícími s plněním cílů Projektu, (5) vyhodnocování navržených alternativ, příprava podkladů pro rozhodování Objednatele, (6) prioritizace změn, zajištění dodání a komunikace vůči všem dotčeným stakeholderům, (7) koordinace činnosti dodavatelů IT služeb, (8) přebírání a kontrola plnění smluv a objednávek, (9) garance kvality výstupů ve vztahu k Projektu, (10) řešení výtek na kvalitu dodaných výstupů v rámci komunikace Projektu, (11) definice SLA, servisního a rozvojového modelu, (12) přechod realizovaných řešení a změn do produkčního provozu.
