Předmětem tohoto zadávacího řízení je sjednání rámcové dohody obsahující smluvní podmínky pro zadávání jednotlivých dílčích zakázek na dodávky prvků bezpečnostní infrastruktury od výrobce Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. (dále také „Check Point“, https://www.checkpoint.com/), v rámci doplnění, obnov a rozšíření korporátních datové sítě (dále také „korporátní sítě“) Skupiny ČEZ, včetně poskytování služeb technické podpory formou rozšířené záruky po dobu 60 měsíců (slovy: šedesáti měsíců) ode dne podpisu předávacího protokolu zadavatelem a služeb technických specialistů.
