Description

Předmět zakázky zahrnuje rozšíření datového úložiště eIDAS, pořízení modulů pro zajištění potřebných funkcionalit, včetně potřebných licencí, dále dodávku diskových polí, implementaci řešení, testování DRP, penetrační testy, záruku na dobu 24 měsíců, servis, maitenance a podporu po dobu 60 měsíců (5 let). Zadavatel požaduje implementaci důvěryhodného datového uložiště umožňující bezpečné a ověřitelné uchování a odesílání elektronických dokumentů do Národního zdravotnického informačního systému v souladu se zákonem č. 372/2011 Sb., o zdravotních službách a podmínkách jejich poskytování, ve znění pozdějších předpisů a zákonem č. 325/2021 Sb., o elektronizaci zdravotnictví, nebo registru Orgánů ochrany veřejného zdraví dle platných datových rozhraní jednotlivých registrů pro pracoviště Ústavu hematologie a krevní transfuze. Předmět zakázky dále obsahuje veškeré potřebné licence, aktualizace SW, příslušenství, clo, dopravu, stěhovací a manipulační práce, uvedení do provozu, zaškolení obsluhy kupujícího a předání dokladů, které se k dodávanému předmětu vztahují a poskytování služeb podpory a údržby celého systému, vše dle podmínek zadávací dokumentace. Zadavatel uzavře s vybraným dodavatelem Kupní smlouvu na dodávku zařízení a Servisní smlouvu servisní služby.
