Description

Předmětem VZ je pořízení 40 t salámů trvanlivých (dále také „salámy“) a jejich ochraňování. Salámy budou jako součást státních hmotných rezerv (dále také „HR“) majetkem ČR. Předmět VZ je rozdělen dle § 35 zákona na 4 (čtyři) samostatné části, a sice: 1. část VZ: Dodávka a ochraňování 10 tun salámů trvanlivých tepelně opracovaných. 2. část VZ: Dodávka a ochraňování 10 tun salámů trvanlivých tepelně opracovaných. 3. část VZ: Dodávka a ochraňování 10 tun salámů trvanlivých fermentovaných. 4. část VZ: Dodávka a ochraňování 10 tun salámů trvanlivých fermentovaných. Podmínky dodávky a ochraňování jsou podrobně stanoveny v přiložených závazných návrzích „Kupní smlouvy“ a „Smlouvy o ochraňování státních hmotných rezerv“ a jsou totožné pro 1. a 2. část VZ a totožné pro 3. a 4. část VZ. Dodávka a ochraňování 10 tun salámů trvanlivých tepelně opracovaných.; Dodávka a ochraňování 10 tun salámů trvanlivých fermentovaných.
