Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky jsou dodávky technologie gastronomického provozu, včetně monitoringu HACCP, včetně jejich montáže, instalace, zprovoznění a ověření funkčnosti. Součástí předmětu zakázky je rovněž zaškolení obsluhy gastro technologií a zkušební provoz po dobu 30 kalendářních dnů. Maximální navrhovaná kapacita kuchyně je 500 jídel denně. Provoz kuchyně bude umístěn do dvou podlaží 1. PP a 1.NP, které budou propojeny provozním výtahem. V 1.PP bude umístěno skladování, hrubá příprava, příjem surovin a vývoz jídel. V 1. NP bude umístěna varna, přípravny a expedice jídel. Zázemí pro pracovníky bude umístěno v obou podlažích. Provoz kuchyně bude tvořit uzavřený celek.
