Description

Předmětem tohoto zadávacího řízení je sjednání Rámcové dohody obsahující smluvní podmínky pro plnění jednotlivých dílčích zakázek na poskytování implementačních služeb pro zákaznické informační systémy včetně integračních a backendových částí. Rámcová dohoda bude uzavřena s maximálně osmi (8) účastníky. Zadavatel bude na základě rámcové dohody, způsobem tam uvedeným, objednávat plnění vždy v čase a v rozsahu dle své aktuální potřeby. Zadavatel není povinen plnění z rámcové dohody čerpat. Implementační služby budou poskytovány: - při vývoji a implementaci nových informačních systémů včetně odpovídajícího procesního poradenství, - při rozvoji nebo změnách stávajících informačních systémů, - při realizaci upgrade informačních systémů na vyšší verze, - při vývoji a úpravách nových a stávajících integrací v rámci informačních systémů a také na externí systémy provozované objednatelem, resp. při řešení IS/IT architektury k zajištění jejich efektivního provozování.
