Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je dodávka lůžka pro CO2 terapii, dlahy motorové ramenního kloubu a ergometrů bicyklových (rehabilitačních rotopedů) dle minimálních technických požadavků zadavatele. Musí jít o nové nerepasované přístroje a zařízení. Součástí dodávky předmětu plnění této veřejné zakázky (dále také „přístrojů“) je i doprava do místa plnění, kompletní instalace, montáž, nastavení dle požadavků pracoviště a uvedení do provozu včetně instruktáže, likvidace obalů a záruka. Veřejná zakázka (VZ) je rozdělená na 3 samostatné části: Část 1 - Lůžko pro CO2 terapii Část 2 - Dlaha motorová ramenního kloubu Část 3 - Ergometr bicyklový (rehabilitační rotoped) Část 1, 2 a 3 této veřejné zakázky je hrazena z dotačního projektu NPO s názvem: „Zlepšení rehabilitační péče pro pacienty po kritických stavech ve Fakultní nemocnici u sv. Anny v Brně“ Registrační číslo: CZ.31.7.0/0.0/0.0/23_064/0008295 Část 1 - Lůžko pro CO2 terapii - 1ks; Část 3 - Ergometr bicyklový (rehabilitační rotoped) - 2ks; Část 2 - Dlaha motorová ramenního kloubu - 1ks
