Description

Předmětem zadávacího řízení je uzavření rámcové dohody mezi zadavatelem a jedním dodavatelem, a to bez obnovení soutěže ve smyslu ust. § 134 ZZVZ. Předmětem veřejných zakázek zadávaných na základě rámcové dohody je poskytování právních služeb dodavatelem zadavateli dle aktuálních provozních a dalších potřeb zadavatele. Právní služby budou spočívat v obecném právním poradenství, zejména v odvětví IT práva, práva v oblasti kybernetické bezpečnosti, práva na ochranu osobních údajů, všeobecné smluvní agendy (zejména v odvětví obchodního a občanského práva) a zadávání veřejných zakázek, s výjimkou administrací veřejných zakázek, to vše se zaměřením na předmět činnosti zadavatele. Zadavatel je za splnění podmínek ZZVZ oprávněn zadat mimo Rámcovou dohodu právní služby dle § 29 odst. 1. písm. k) ZZVZ, specifické právní služby mimo výše uvedené právní obory a právní služby v případě střetu zájmu vybraného dodavatele či jiné překážky na straně dodavatele.
