Description

Poskytování právních služeb v oblasti ICT a kybernetické bezpečnosti“. Předmětem této VZ je poskytování odborného právního poradenství, tj. poskytování právních služeb, které budou spočívat zejména ve zpracování stanovisek, rozborů a podpoře nebo nezávislé supervizi při realizaci projektů zadavatele. Předmětem plnění Části 1 VZ je poskytování právních služeb (dále také „služby“ nebo „právní služby“) v oblasti informačních a komunikačních technologií (dále jen "ICT") a kybernetické bezpečnosti pro útvary zadavatele - České republiky - Generálního finančního ředitelství, které budou spočívat zejména ve zpracování stanovisek, rozborů, podpoře nebo nezávislé supervizi při realizaci projektů zadavatele, včetně součinnosti při tvorbě zadávacích podmínek veřejných zakázek. Bude-li poptávaná právní služba současně spadat či přesahovat i do dalších právních oblastí, zejména do oblasti veřejných zakázek či do autorského práva, budou i tyto oblasti zahrnuty v této právní službě. Z předmětu plnění Části 1 VZ jsou výslovně vyloučené právní služby v oblasti daňového práva.
