Description

Zajištění licenčního pokrytí SW CA Client Automation - zajištění standardní podpory k 8 000 ks stávajícím trvalým licencím produktu nebo zajištění 8 000 ks licencí produktu ve formě předplatného (subscription CCACCA990-SUB). Nadstandardní podpora s kvartálním čerpáním - zajištění maximálně 16 pracovních dnů/ Man-day (dále jen “MD“) ročně nadstandardní podpory, tj. 80 MD za celou dobu trvání podpory. Nadstandardní podpora bude vykazována kvartálně bez nutnosti objednání. Nadstandardní podpora nemusí být vyčerpána v celém rozsahu. Nadstandardní podpora na objednávku - zajištění maximálně 40 MD nadstandardní podpory za celou dobu. Nadstandardní podpora bude čerpána dle aktuálních potřeb na základě objednávky ze strany Zadavatele. Nadstandardní podpora nemusí být vyčerpána v celém rozsahu.
