Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je správa elektronického systému spisové služby ICZ e-spis® (dále jen „IS eSSL“) v resortu Ministerstva zdravotnictví (dále také jen „MZD“) včetně maintenance, která mimo jiné zahrnuje poskytování update a zajištění především legislativního rozvoje IS eSSL. Legislativním rozvojem IS eSSL se rozumí, že IS eSSL bude po celou dobu trvání smlouvy v souladu s platnými právními předpisy České republiky a technickými normami vztahujícími se k předmětu plnění, přičemž se poskytovatel zavazuje provádět všechny své závazky vyplývající ze smlouvy tak, aby nenarušil a zejména zajistil řádný provoz IS eSSL. Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky budou: A. Průběžně poskytované služby - podpora IS eSSL (produkční i testovací prostředí) B. Jednorázově poskytované služby - podpora IS eSSL hrazená nad rámec paušálu v předpokládaném rozsahu 1 580 hodin za období 48 měsíců. C. Provedení update na atestovaný IS eSSL
