Předmětem zakázky je poskytování služeb týkajících se zajištění provozu a podpory integrovaných informačních systémů rodiny InspIS, úpravy uživatelských rozhraní těchto informačních systémů na základě množiny ucelených požadavků nebo definovaného rozsahu. Do předmětu plnění je zahrnuta také implementace takových úprav, vytvoření uživatelské, administrátorské a vývojářské dokumentace, udělení licence umožňující další změny a předání zdrojových kódů takto dotčených a změněných systémů. Pro potřeby další specifikace se jedná souhrnně o tyto provázané služby: a) Služba 1 - zajištění provozu a upgrade (maintenance) systémů včetně všech jejich komponent a modulů b) Služba 2 - zajištění uživatelské a administrátorské podpory systémů, včetně služby řešení incidentů prostřednictvím InspIS HELPDESK a zajištění služeb podpory pomocí callcentra s bezplatným voláním c) Služba 3 - zajištění dílčích úprav a jejich komplexní implementace d) Služba 4 - zajištění upgrade InspIS SET/ŠVP
