Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zajištění služeb poskytování dočasně přidělených zaměstnanců (dále jen „DPZ“), kteří budou vykonávat práci pro Zadavatele v Praze.  DPZ bude poskytován formou dočasného přidělení k výkonu práce dle ust. § 307a a násl. Zákona č. 262/2006 Sb., zákoníku práce, ve znění pozdějších předpisů (dále jen „Zákoník práce“), kdy DPZ bude u Dodavatele zaměstnán na základě pracovní smlouvy nebo dohody o pracovní činnosti, ale práci bude vykonávat pro Zadavatele (dále též „služby“). Další požadavky Zadavatele na plnění veřejné zakázky jsou uvedeny v závazném návrhu Rámcové smlouvy (příloha č. 1 Zadávací dokumentace).   Zadavatel informuje dodavatele, že se bude jednat zejména o DPZ na následující a obdobné pracovní pozice: dokumentátor, personální podporu, IT specialisty atd. Popis pracovních pozic a jejich specifikace je příloha č. 9, bude zpřístupněna na základě žádosti a podpisu Přílohy č. 10.
