Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou služby spočívající v údržbě, servisu komponentů, čištění kamerových bodů 2x ročně a revizí elektro 1x ročně (ČSN 33 1500) všech kamerových bodů městského kamerového dohledového systému (dále jen „MKDS“). Jedná se o kamery bezpečnostní, dopravní, parkovací, tunelové a veřejné se speciálními aplikacemi na WEB. Součástí služeb je zabezpečení nepřetržitého provozu systému Genetec Security centre (dále též „GSC“) a jeho aktualizace, připojování nových kamer do federačního serveru a dodržení nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů dle požadavků MP Brno -správce osobních údajů. Servisní činnosti budou prováděny na základě dílčích měsíčních objednávek, servisní hotovost bude nepřetržitá, servisní zákrok bude započat do dvou hodin od nahlášení oprávněnou osobou. Jedná se o 564 kamerových bodů včetně napájení a datového připojení, 39 klientských pracovišť, datové úložiště MKDS, hlavní servery MKDS, uzlové body propojení optické a metalické kabeláže. Jedná se o technologii výrobců: Axis, Pelco, Bosch, Plettac, Verint, Cisco, HP, Nexsan, Opticon, Metel, NEC a další.
