Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je dodávání zásahové celokožené holeňové obuvi ve dvou typech: 200 párů Typ 1 - vysoká, určená především pro přímý hasební zásah; 1000 párů Typ 2 - nízká (lehká), určená především pro technické zásahy, v souladu s technickou specifikací uvedenou v příloze č. 1 těchto zadávacích podmínek (dále jen „předmět plnění“), v období od nabytí účinnosti uzavřené smlouvy do 30.06.2029 nebo do vyčerpání maximálního celkového předpokládaného objemu 200 párů obuvi Typ 1 a 1000 párů obuvi Typ 2. Plnění bude probíhat postupně dle aktuálních potřeb zadavatele na základě jednotlivě zaslaných výzev k plnění. Rozsah a velikostní sortiment první dodávky jsou uvedeny v příloze č. 2 zadávacích podmínek. Součástí nabídky musí být možnost přikoupení náhradních stélek k celkovému požadovanému množství obuvi dle bodu 3.11. technické specifikace v příloze č. 1 zadávacích podmínek. Zadavatel je oprávněn neodebrat předpokládaný počet párů obuvi a náhradních vnitřních stélek v případě, že by předpokládaný objem neodpovídal jeho reálným potřebám do 30.06.2029.
