Předmětem veřejné zakázky je uzavření rámcové smlouvy s uchazeči, kteří na základě výzev k podání nabídky (a následných objednávek), jež budou vycházet z podmínek rámcové smlouvy, budou pro zadavatele zajišťovat dodávky pohonných hmot určených pro vozový park zadavatele a to: - dodávky motorové nafty dle ČSN EN 590:2022/ Opr1 v celkovém objemu 550 000 litrů pro střediska Brněnské vodárny a kanalizace, a.s., Hády 971/1a, 614 00 Brno a Brněnské vodárny a kanalizace, a.s., Pisárecká 277/1, 603 00 Brno, a - dodávky bezolovnatého automobilového benzínu prodávaného v ČR pod označením Super BA 95 (Natural 95) dle ČSN EN 228 + A1:2018/Z2 v celkovém objemu 60 000 litrů pro středisko Brněnské vodárny a kanalizace, a.s., Pisárecká 277/1, 603 00 Brno.
