The Czech buyer is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) under Section 139 and related provisions of the Czech Public Procurement Act for the purchase of packaging and wrapping materials for individual units of ZSMV. Once the system is in place, individual ZSMV units will be able to place specific delivery requests under Section 141 of the Act. The subject matter covers deliveries of sealing cups and accessories, as well as deliveries of other packaging and wrapping materials.
