Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je nahrazení stávajícího zastaralého zdroje tepla novým efektivnějším zdrojem tepla s vyšší účinností využití primárního zdroje energie a snížení energetických ztrát zrušením rozvodů tepla a teplé vody v topných kanálech, vedených mimo vytápěnou budovu umístěním nového zdroje tepla přímo ve vytápěné budově.
