Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je celoroční zajištění průběžných dodávek pohonných hmot a souvisejícího zboží a služeb na čerpacích stanicích na celém území České republiky bezhotovostním nákupem prostřednictvím palivových karet po dobu trvání rámcové dohody. Akceptace palivových karet musí být možná na celém území ČR.
