Description

Předmětem Veřejné zakázky je uzavření Smlouvy o dílo na dodávku a instalaci fotovoltaické elektrárny (dále jen „FVE“) formou Design & Build spočívající v získání realizační projektové dokumentace v editovatelné podobě v požadovaných stupních zpracování v takové kvalitě, která umožní řádnou přípravu díla (dále jen „RPD“). To vše spočívající v návrhu řešení FVE, bateriového uložiště a dispečerského řízení FVE, zajištění jejich dodávky, instalace a uvedení do provozu, a to včetně získání potřebných stanovisek, povolení, vyjádření či jejich ekvivalentů nutných k řádnému provedení díla v souladu s relevantními právními předpisy a dále v řádném provedení díla včetně zajištění souvisejících řízení, povolení a souhlasných stanovisek, a to v rozsahu uvedeném ve Smlouvě.
