Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zhotovení návrhu a realizaci dle návrhu, ověření, nasazení a rozvoji resortních komponent digitálních služeb elektronického zdravotnictví a v provedení veškerých souvisejících činností. Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky bude spolufinancován z Národního plánu obnovy. Zadavatel v souladu s § 131 a násl. ZZVZ uzavře rámcovou dohodu se třemi účastníky, jejichž nabídka bude v zadávacím řízení hodnocena jako nejvýhodnější . Rámcová dohoda bude uzavřena na dobu určitou, a to na dobu 4 let. Zadávání veřejných zakázek na základě rámcové dohody bude probíhat s obnovením soutěže postupem dle § 135 ZZVZ. Dodavatel předmětu plnění veřejné zakázky je významným dodavatelem dle zákona č. 181/2014 Sb., o kybernetické bezpečnosti a o změně souvisejících zákonů (zákon o kybernetické bezpečnosti), ve znění pozdějších předpisů (dále jen „ZKB“) a vyhlášky č. 82/2018 Sb., o bezpečnostních opatřeních, kybernetických bezpečnostních incidentech, reaktivních opatřeních, náležitostech podání v oblasti kybernetické bezpečnosti a likvidaci dat (vyhláška o kybernetické bezpečnosti), ve znění pozdějších předpisů (dále jen „VKB“). Dodavatel bude muset dodržovat všechny povinnosti vyplývající ze ZKB, VKB a souvisejících právních předpisů.
