Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky je provedení analytických, dokumentačních, konzultačních, vývojových a implementačních prací spočívajících zejména v zajištění: - konzultačních a expertních služeb; - analytických služeb a prací souvisejících s analýzou a přípravou prostředí zadavatele; - vývojových služeb a zavedení standardů vývoje a enterprise architektur; - implementace cloud computingu; - tvorby dokumentace, tvorby Proof of Concept a Proof of Technology; - služeb rozvoje a následné podpory; - účasti na jednáních nebo na projektových setkáních, a to dle požadavků a za podmínek stanovených ve vzoru rámové dohody, který tvoří přílohu č. 1 ZD, včetně přílohy rámcové dohody. Cílem tohoto zadávacího řízení je uzavření rámcové dohody zadavatelem s jedním účastníkem zadávacího řízení - vybraným dodavatelem.
