Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je pořízení služeb monitorovacího nástroje pro správu sdílené mikromobility (dále jen „Platforma“) formou „software as a service“, včetně provozu a podpory Platformy, implementace dat do Platformy a úvodního školení (dále jen „Služby Platformy“) a konzultačních služeb, školení a dalších plnění souvisejících s Platformou, včetně customizace Platformy (dále jen „Doplňkové plnění“). Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky bude poskytován dvěma způsoby, a to a) přímo na základě Smlouvy (Služby Platformy), b) na základě dílčích smluv uzavíraných dle ujednání majících povahu rámcové dohody (Doplňkové plnění). Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky je podrobně specifikován v příloze č. 3 zadávací dokumentace - Vzorový návrh smlouvy.
