Předmětem plnění tohoto zadávacího řízení je dodávka a implementace nového systému Service Desk pro zpracování požadavků a správu konfigurací, který nahradí stávající systémy využívané pro zpracování požadavků na vnitropodnikové služby. Zadavatel zároveň poptává technickou podporu tohoto systému od jeho uvedení do rutinního provozu na dobu 10 let.
