Na základě Rámcové dohody uzavřené s jedním dodavatelem, zadá zadavatel veřejnou zakázku na základě Rámcové dohody, vždy na základě písemné výzvy k podání nabídky na veřejnou zakázku a uzavření Objednávky. Zadavatel bude realizovat jednotlivé veřejné zakázky na základě Objednávek uzavřených dle svých provozních potřeb, kterým je vybraný dodavatel povinen bezvýhradně kdykoliv vyhovět. Plnění Rámcové dohody není podmíněno jakýmkoliv minimálním odběrem. Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou dodávky plyšových, plastových a dřevěných hraček s motivy zvířat, papírenského zboží, nádobí a textilu. (Předmětem veřejné zakázky nejsou dodávky reklamního a brandového zboží.)
