Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je dodávka nového a zcela funkčního zdravotnického přístroje dle specifikace v příloze č. 2 zadávací dokumentace. Součástí předmětu plnění je doprava na místo určení, kompletace, montáž, uvedení do provozu s předvedením funkčnosti, instruktáž personálu, likvidace obalů a odpadu, provádění bezplatného záručního servisu a předepsaných bezpečnostně technických prohlídek v průběhu záruční doby, poskytování hrazeného pozáručního servisu po uplynutí záruky a dodávek spotřebního materiálu po dobu platnosti smlouvy. Součástí dodávky přístrojového vybavení je jeho bezplatné připojení do laboratorního informačního systému Envis LIMS firmy DS Soft Olomouc, spol. s r.o.
