Description

Předmětem zakázky je návrh, výroba, dodávka a předání technologie pro sušení vlhkého procesního plynu s obsahem oxidu siřičitého. Technologie bude založena na dvoustupňovém odstranění vlhkosti z procesního plynu. V prvním stupni bude procesní plyn ochlazen v kondenzační části za účelem kondenzace podstatné části obsažené vody. Ve druhém stupni bude zbývající vlhkost odstraněna absorpčním sušením v plněné sušicí věži, kde bude plyn veden v protiproudu proti cirkulující koncentrované kyselině sírové. Kyselina sírová bude zajišťovat absorpci vodní páry z plynu. Koncentrace kyseliny bude udržována doplňováním 98 % kyseliny sírové a odvodem kyseliny sírové o cílové koncentraci 96,5 hm. %, zředěné vodou absorbovanou z procesního plynu. Technologie bude dodána jako dvě předmontované skidové jednotky: • kondenzační skid, • skid sušicí věže. Součástí dodávky skidů budou technologická zařízení, potrubí, armatury, instrumentace, nosné konstrukce, kabeláž a elektrické propojení v rozsahu skidových jednotek, technická dokumentace a odborná podpora při uvedení do provozu.
