Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky bude dodání "krabicového" atestovaného elektronického systému spisové služby (dále jen "eSSL"), jeho implementace do informačního systému VZP ČR a integrace na externí systémy (zejména základní registry, datové schránky, služby České pošty, s. p.). ESSL bude v prostředí VZP ČR zajišťovat správu dokumentů v souladu s legislativními požadavky. Součástí plnění bude migrace dat ze stávajícího eSSL a spisovny do nového eSSL, proškolení uživatelů a administrátorů. Předmětem plnění bude dále poskytování podpory eSSL, včetně případného legislativního rozvoje a nutných integrací. Smlouva bude uzavřena na dobu neurčitou. Zadavatel bude požadovat, aby eSSL měla ATEST ve smyslu § 69c a následujících zákona č. 499/2004 Sb., o archivnictví a spisové službě a o změně některých zákonů, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, vydaný Atestačním střediskem České agentury pro standardizaci nejpozději 10 pracovních dnů po skončení lhůty pro podání nabídek na předmětnou veřejnou zakázku.
