Předmětem veřejné zakázky je uzavření rámcové dohody ve smyslu § 131 ZZVZ, na jejímž základě budou jedinému vybranémudodavateliv každé části postupem vymezeným v rámcové dohodě zadány jednotlivé veřejné zakázky na dodávku brzdového obložení (dáletaké jen„BO“) pro železniční kolejová vozidla zadavatele vybavená kotoučovou brzdou a brzdových špalíků (dále také jen „BŠ“),podlejednotlivých částí veřejné zakázky do odběrného místa zadavatele Zásobovací centrum Česká Třebová, pro období 36 měsícůnásledujícíchod uzavření rámcové dohody.
