Description

Předmětem zakázky je dodávka reagencií, kalibrátorů a spotřebního materiálu, spojená s výpůjčkou hlavního a záložního systému pro biochemická a imunochemická vyšetření. Součástí zadávacích podmínek je spektrum metod. U metod alkalická fosfatáza, alaninaminotransferáza, aspartátaminotransferáza, alfa-amyláza, gama-glutamyltransferáza, bilirubin celkový, kyselina močová, sodík, draslík, chloridy, glukóza, močovina, kreatinin, CRP je předpoklad, že budou zálohovány. Předpoklad rozdělení na hlavní a záložní analyzátor je v poměru 80% ku 20%. Součástí předmětu zakázky je i: - doprava analyzátorů do místa plnění, - montáž a instalace analyzátorů, - uvedení analyzátorů do provozu včetně ověření jejich funkčnosti, - provedení všech přejímacích a provozních testů a zkoušek dle platné legislativy a provedení příslušných revizí, - instruktáž zdravotnických pracovníků, - vystavení protokolu a předání dokladů, - likvidace obalového materiálu.
