Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je výběr nejvhodnějšího dodavatele k zajištění bezpečnostních služeb a ostrahy Slezské nemocnice v Opavě, příspěvkové organizace, zejména zabezpečení ostrahy a ochrany osob a majetku ve střežených objektech, poskytování informací občanům a pacientům, kontrola vozidel, prevence negativních jevů, řešení krizových situací, zabezpečení klíčového režimu, vybíraní poplatků za parkování vozidel, po období dvou (2) let. Předmětem dodávané služby bude soustavný výkon bezpečnostních služeb a ostrahy objektů zadavatele. Poskytování bezpečnostních služeb a ostrahy objektů zahrnuje činnosti uvedené v Přílohách ZD č. 4 a č. 5. V rámci poskytování služby budou poskytovateli pronajaty nebytové prostory v objektu vrátnice. Za pronajaté prostory bude poskytovatel hradit nájemné dle užívané plochy a standardního ceníku objednatele a dále bude poskytovatel hradit náklady za energie. Úhrada za tyto služby bude řešena samostatnou nájemní smlouvou - Příloha č. 6 ZD.
