Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky (VZ) je dodávka, implementace a podpora nástroje pro ochranu koncových stanic a serverů před škodlivým kódem a dalšími kybernetickými útoky s možností reakce na bezpečnostní incidenty (Endpoint Detection & Response - EDR, resp. eXtended Detection & Response - XDR) s integrovaným modulem pro detekci kybernetických bezpečnostních incidentů (Security Information and Event Management - SIEM), včetně poskytování služby Managed Detection & Response (MDR) po dobu 60 měsíců. Součástí plnění je analýza současného stavu, vypracování Solution Design dokumentu, dodávka licencí, implementace a integrace řešení do prostředí Zadavatele, automatizace, školení a služby technické podpory. Cílem je zajistit komplexní prevenci, detekci a reakci na kybernetické hrozby v prostředí Zadavatele a podpořit plnění povinností Zadavatele dle zákona č. 264/2025 Sb. a vyhlášky č. 409/2025 Sb, o kybernetické bezpečnosti. Podrobný rozsah předmětu veřejné zakázky a technické podmínky jsou uvedeny v Příloze č. 1 - Technická specifikace, v Příloze č. 2 - Návrh smlouvy o dílo a v Příloze č. 3 - Návrh servisní smlouvy, které jsou nedílnou součástí těchto zadávacích podmínek. Účastník musí garantovat splnění všech požadavků uvedených v Příloze č. 1 - Technická specifikace. Splnění všech požadavků uvedených v Příloze č. 1 - Technická specifikace prokáže prostřednictvím předložené nabídky, ze které bude jednoznačně vyplývat splnění všech požadavků.
