Předmětem této Rámcové dohody je úprava vzájemných práv a povinností Smluvních stran při poskytování nových licencí a produktů společnosti Citrix, poskytování nových licencí společnosti Citrix formou pronájmu a poskytování podpory k licencím a produktům společnosti Citrix a souvisejících služeb - předprodejního poradenství pro Centrálního zadavatele a Pověřující zadavatele blíže specifikovaného v odst. 2.1 této Rámcové dohody, a to na základě dílčích prováděcích smluv uzavřených mezi konkrétním Dodavatelem a Objednatelem postupem vymezeným v ZZVZ a této Rámcové dohodě. Předmětem plnění RD je: úprava vzájemných práv a povinností Smluvních stran při poskytování nových licencí a produktů společnosti Citrix, poskytování nových licencí společnosti Citrix formou pronájmu a poskytování podpory k licencím a produktům společnosti Citrix a souvisejících služeb - předprodejního poradenství pro Centrálního zadavatele a Pověřující zadavatele blíže specifikovaného v odst. 2.1 této Rámcové dohody, a to na základě dílčích prováděcích smluv uzavřených mezi konkrétním Dodavatelem a Objednatelem postupem vymezeným v ZZVZ a této Rámcové dohodě.
