Description

Předmětem zadávacího řízení je uzavření RÁMCOVÉ DOHODY S JEDNÍM DODAVATELEM (ÚČASTNÍKEM), kdy na základě uzavřené Rámcové dohody budou vybranému účastníku zadávány dílčí veřejné zakázky. Zadavatel uzavře rámcovou dohodu s jedním dodavatelem, bez obnovení soutěže. Předmětem plnění dílčích veřejných zakázek budou průběžné bezhotovostní odběry pohonných hmot - konkrétně benzinu E10 - formou karet z jedné čerpací stanice umístěné na území statutárního města Hradce Králové v předpokládaném množství 46.500 litrů za jeden kalendářní rok (tento předpoklad vychází z dosavadního skutečného odběru benzinu Zadavatelem za poslední tři roky předcházející vyhlášení této Veřejné zakázky), a to dle skutečných potřeb Zadavatele. Odběrateli pohonných hmot budou zejména zaměstnanci Zadavatele.
