Description

Předmětem zadávacího řízení je uzavření rámcové dohody ve smyslu § 131 a násl. zákona. Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka 10 ks (deseti kusů) autobusů typu Midibus+ (Md+) určených pro městskou hromadnou dopravu, kterou zadavatel jako dopravce provozuje v rámci systému Pražské integrované dopravy („PID“). Autobusy zadavatel požaduje dodat ve standardu platném pro vozidla užívaná v rámci systému PID, tj. mimo jiné ve stanoveném jednotném vzhledu a s prvky informování cestujících, s prvky pro odbavování cestujících a dalším povinným technickým vybavením vozidla certifikovaným pro provoz v PID, to vše dle technické specifikace, která tvoří přílohu č. 4 zadávací dokumentace a která bude tvořit přílohu uzavřené rámcové dohody a kupní smlouvy uzavírané na jejím základě. Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou dále související dodávky a služby, u kterých povinnost dodat či poskytnout je vyplývá z návrhu rámcové dohody, který tvoří přílohu č. 1 zadávací dokumentace, a z návrhu kupní smlouvy, který tvoří přílohu č. 3 zadávací dokumentace.
