Description

Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky je zpracování návrhu komplexních pozemkových úprav (dále jen „KoPÚ“) v katastrálním území Dlouhé Dvory a navazujících částech k.ú. Střezetice a Třesovice, včetně nezbytných geodetických prací v třídě přesnosti určené pro obnovu katastru nemovitostí vyhláškou č. 357/2013 Sb., o katastru nemovitostí, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Návrh KoPÚ bude zpracován tak, aby jej bylo možno zapsat do katastru nemovitostí. Komplexní pozemkové úpravy v k. ú. Dlouhé Dvory a navazujících částech k.ú. Střezetice a Třesovice (dále jen „KoPÚ Čistěves“) byly zahájeny dne 5.2.2026 z podnětu stavebníka stavby D35 Sadová - Plotiště, kterým je Ředitelství silnic a dálnic s.p., zastoupený Správou Hradec Králové. Předpokládaná výměra řešeného území je 207 ha.
