Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je poskytnutí projekčních služeb v rozsahu zhotovení dokumentace pro povolení stavby, projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby, zajištění inženýrské činnosti, součinnosti při výběru zhotovitele stavby a výkonu činnosti dozoru projektanta a s tím související služby vymezené těmito zadávacími podmínkami, jejichž účelem jsou stavební úpravy základní školy při ulici Benešova ve městě Modřice. Předpokládané investiční náklady na stavbu jsou 311 mil. Kč bez DPH.
